At DapperwoodSF, we believe that every piece of wood has a story waiting to be told. Nestled in the heart of San Francisco, our workshop transforms locally sourced, sustainably harvested hardwoods into modern furniture and functional art.​

Our Craftsmanship

Specializing in materials like Black Walnut, Redwood Burl, Maple, and Acacia, we meticulously handcraft each item, ensuring that the natural beauty of the wood shines through. By incorporating elements like resin, we create striking contrasts that highlight the organic patterns and textures inherent in each piece.​

Sustainable Sourcing

Our commitment to sustainability drives us to source most of our wood from locally felled trees in the Greater Bay Area. Whether due to age, storms, or urban development, these trees are given a second life through our creations. We either mill, dry, and slab the wood ourselves or collaborate with trusted local sawyers, ensuring we can trace the origin of every piece we craft.​
